I would think that self hypnosis would help you to play better poker. I have trouble playing the way I know best. In other words I have trouble with self discipline. Can you help me?

Hi,

In my opinion, there are 3 main ways to learn hypnosis. 1- Buying home study courses; 2- Learning from a mentor 3- attending hypnotherapy school.

Everyone should choose the onw which appeals to them.

I’ve also bought a couple of hypnosis books either online or at the store. I also suggest purchasing CDs or audio programs especially if we want to study self hypnosis where sometimes guided audio instructions will be really helpful.
